We are happy to announce that we have a rescheduled the date for our charity golf event. As you know, the May date was cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
It will be at the Wolf Laurel Country Club on Saturday, October 17th, 2020. More info to come soon.
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we believe the safest course of action is to CANCEL the April 18, 2020 Fiddlin’ 5k Run/Walk for the Arts.
Unfortunately it will not be possible to reschedule this event later in the year due to competing schedules and other complications.
To all pre-registered participants – please review your email inbox for refund options. If you have not received an email from us please contact fiddlin5krun@gmail.com.
We thank you for all that you have done for this club, this event and the Madison County Community in the past. Sadly, we are officially announcing that the 15th Annual Hot Doggett 100 will be postponed until 2021 (July 10th). We hope to see you at that event.
It would be irresponsible for us to invite people into our community to participate in an event when we have no idea whether it will be safe for them or not. We are also painfully aware that securing sponsorships while many of our sponsors are closed and negatively affected by the Shelter in Place mandates, is just not feasible. Our sponsors need time to recover from the shutdown.
The Hot Doggett is an important event for our club and our community. We have the best riders and the best volunteers of any bike ride in the region. Thanks for being part of making this happen in the past and we hope that you will join us as we celebrate our 15th anniversary event. In the meantime, please stay safe and well.
See you next year!
