Golf Tournament

REGISTER NOW!  Online registration is now open.  In an effort to be kinder to Mother Earth, the Rotary Club of Madison County has made the registration process paperless and in making that change, we’ve made it easier.  Now, anyone can register from the comfort of their own home.  To register, please select one of the buttons, below, based on your Rotary membership status.

COST TO PARTICIPATE:  Individual golfers are $125 but if you register as a foursome, you’ll save $10 per golfer ($115 per golfer for a total of $460 for the foursome).

TEE SIGN ONLY:  If you are not able to golf with us on May 18 but want to support our efforts, you can purchase a Tee Sign for just $50.  Follow the registration links, above. For either members or non-members, select:

NO for Foursome

NO for Individual, and

YES for Tee Signs,

then continue thru the process to enter your payment.  Our Tee Sign Chairperson (Paul), will reach out to you to get the wording for your Tee Sign.  

CORPORATE AND INDIVIDUAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES: Businesses and individuals have an opportunity to sponsor this event. Sponsorship levels are Gold ($1000), Silver ($500) and Bronze ($250), each having a range of benefits:

Gold ($1000): Includes 4 Green fees/carts, 4 tee signs (including Gold sponsorship stickers), 4 drink vouchers, 4 mulligans and the publicity package, which includes your name/logo on our website, posters and clubhouse display board, plus an opportunity to add a promotional item in the goody bag. BONUS: Sleeve of Premium golf balls in your team’s goody bag.

Silver ($500): Includes 2 Green fees/cart, 2 tee signs (including Silver sponsorship stickers), 2 drink vouchers, 2 mulligans and the publicity package, which includes your name/logo on our website, posters and clubhouse display board, plus an opportunity to add a promotional item in the goody bag. BONUS: Sleeve of Premium golf balls in your team’s goody bag.

Bronze ($250): Includes 1 Green fee/cart, 1 tee sign, 1 drink voucher, 1 mulligan and the publicity package, which includes your name/logo on our website, posters and clubhouse display board, plus an opportunity to add a promotional item in the goody bag.

Payment can be made through the online registration process or you can select the cash/check option.  If you pay by cash or check, please submit your payment by May 4 to:  The Rotary Club of Madison County PO Box 141 Mars Hill, NC  28754 and enclose an explanatory note.
